Manual 300 mm FOUP Opener
Using
Load Port as an automatic cassette opener is a commonplace
in Wafer Fabrication. However, if situation requires manual
intervene, using the simple tool provided by wafer Fabs frequently
encounters miss lock and, consequently, causing undesirable
dislocation of the load interface of the cassette. To tackle
